Private 1:1 sessions are specifically designed for people who feel they need to “get fit first” or “be good enough” before training. You don’t. We start exactly where you are.
Private 1:1 is the safest, most beginner-friendly way to start. There’s no pressure to keep up with a group, and no one else watching. We’ll begin with basic stance, guard, and movement, and increase intensity only when you feel ready.
Yes. 1:1 work with a world champion unlocks things you can’t get in busy classes—fight-specific drills, scenario work, game-planning, and feedback in real time. We can build full fight camps or focus on specific weaknesses.
Absolutely. Many clients come with zero interest in fighting. We use boxing and fight-style conditioning as a fun, intense way to burn calories, build strength, and keep you engaged—without ever needing to compete.
Comfortable training clothes, water, and if you have them, your own wraps and gloves. If not, we’ll provide what you need and show you how to use it. Just arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can settle you in.
Most beginners feel a big jump in confidence after 1–3 sessions. Weight-loss clients typically notice changes in energy and how their clothes fit within a few weeks. Fighters often see clear improvements within one camp block.
